Ingredients

  • 2 lbs white chocolate melts or almond bark
  • 21 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 26 oz unsalted or dry roasted peanuts

Instructions

  • Line 3 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Spray a 6 quart (6-liter) bowl of a slow cooker with non-stick cooking oil. Alternatively, you can use a liner.
  • Put all the ingredients inside and cover and cook in low for 1-2 hours or until the chocolate is fully melted. [N.B. You should stir occasionally, every 20-30 minutes or so, to prevent the chocolate at the bottom of the cooker bowl from burning]
  • Stir well to combine
  • Drop the mixture in dollops with a metal spoon or cookie scoop onto the prepared baking sheets.
  • Refrigerate for about 1 hour or until the clusters are set.
